During the 301st Cartographic seminar of the Department were presented problems of generalisation. 3 talks were presented by Prof. Dr. Robert Weibel, Mr. Jerzy Zieliński – Head of the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and GIS of the GUGiK and Dr. Eng. Izabela Karsznia, who is finishing her joint project with Department of Geography, University of Zurich (with Prof. Dr. R. Weibel and Dr. hab. Wiesław Ostrowski).
